Under direct supervision and using a team approach, the worker will interview, screen and document reports of child abuse/neglect, assist in the Helping Families solution of problems which may result in the neglect, abuse or exploitation of clients, provide a variety of direct services to clients, and assists with the evaluation of homes. The position does include data entry into the Statewide Automated Child Welfare System. Successful applicants should be compassionate, energetic, enjoy a fast-paced environment and be seeking a position in which allows for both personal and professional growth. Undergraduate major core coursework or two years technical training in behavioral health or related field required. Starting pay $14.97 or higher depending on experience.
