NOTICE TO DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS Pursuant to the provision of 5721.03 ORC a list of delinquent lands and a list of delinquent vacant lands will be published twice in a newspaper of the county within the next 30 days. The first publication of such lists will appear September 7, 2018. If the delinquent tax payments are received by the Treasurer seven days prior to publication your name will be removed from such lists Installment payments are available with a written contract made with the County Treasurer. Unless the taxpayer enters into a written contract interest will be charged on accounts remaining unpaid as of the last day of November. ON DELINQUENT LAND CONTRACTS, THE NAME OF THE SELLER APPEARS ON THE DELINQUENT PUBLICATION. The books of the County Treasurer are open for the collection of delinquent taxes.
