Indian Lake Yacht Club

The Indian Lake Yacht Club was founded in 1945 as a family oriented sailing and social club. Members come from all walks of life with skills ranging from novice sailor to champions. Anyone interested in sailing may apply. We currently operate an active “one design” racing program for 5 national racing classes.

The club facilities include 75 private docks, a heated, enclosed clubhouse with full kitchen. We also have a large shelter house, locker room with showers and restrooms.The tree shaded grounds have picnic tables, grills and lawn chairs. A sandy beach provides a play area for children. Two electric hoists are provided for launching. Boats may be stored in club docks or trailered in our “dry sail” parking lot.The facilities are available for year ‘round use.
