HARDIN COUNTY JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED Helping Families SOCIAL SERVICE WORKER 2 DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN CHILDREN SERVICES? Hardin County Job and Family Services is seeking a Social Services Worker 2 for our Children Services Unit. As a case worker you will work one-on-ones with families to promote child safety, strengthen family life and assist parents in meeting their responsibilities to their children. Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, be driven, and energetic to manage a complex caseload in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SACWIS, and the ability to implement standards of the child welfare program through ODJFS best practices is preferred but not required. Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking skills. Collaborating and building strong positive relationships that inspire change to diverse families and community partners is vital. Prior experience with data imaging system is a plus. A bachelor's/master's degree in social work or related field or equivalent experience required. At least two (2) years'experience working in children services a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range: $39,020.80.00-$44,720.00. Hardin County offers an excellent benefits package, including health insurance benefits, employee paid dental and vision, paid vacation (after one year of service) or after accumulated if prior countable service, deferred compensation plans and flexible work hours.
