The administrator would primarily be responsible to organize and direct the development, planning, and implementation of all programs within Social Services. Perform direct and indirect supervisory functions, research analyze and implement policies and procedures to assure the agency conforms to federal, state and local policies and procedures. As we are a smaller agency the administrator could also assist in preparation of cases for court and perform client services investigative duties. applicants should possessastrongworkethic, havestrongknowledge of CAPMIS, SACWIS, and the ability to implement standards of the child welfare program through ODJFS best practices specific to CPOE Reviews. be able to balance program, personnel and external issues. ability to problem solve and develop policies for effectiveness. Collaborating and building strong positive relationships that inspire change to diverse families and community partners is vital. prior experience with data imaging system is a plus. a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience required. Hardin County is primarily an agricultural area located in NW Ohio, with a population over 32,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range: $68,000.19-$78,208.00 Hardin County offers an excellent benefits package, including health insurance benefits, employee paid dental and vision, paid vacation (after one year of service) or after accumulated if prior countable service, deferred compensation plans and flexible work hours.
