Hardin County Job and Family Services is seeking a Social Services Worker for our Children Services unit. Under supervision utilizing a team approach, the worker will provide direct casework services to children, birth families, kinship caregivers and foster families to promote child safety, strengthen family life while ensuring each child has a permanent, nurturing family. Successful applicants should be compassionate, energetic, have the ability to manage a complex caseload in a Helping Families fast-paced environment, and have the ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, administration and other professionals. Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required. Starting pay S18.76 or higher depending on experience.
