The Hardin County Family and Children First Council is seeking to fill the Service Coordinator/Kinship Navigator position. The ideal candidate will be a caring, motivated self-directed individual that can engage and promote partnerships with public and private agencies seeking to Helping Families improve outcomes for families and children in Hardin County. Qualifications include completion of an Associate degree in Social Work or related field or secondary education or equivalent with four or more years' experience with high risk youth and families. Bachelor's degree preferred. Successful completion of High-Fidelity WrapAround Facilitator's training is highly sought after. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range: $31,137.60-$40,268.80. Hardin County offers an excellent benefits package, including health insurance benefits, employee paid dental and vision, paid vacation (after one year of service) or after accumulated if prior countable service, deferred compensation plans and flexible work hours.
