Inits application, DP&L requests a rate increase of $65,750,232 or an average increaseof 30.24 percent over current revenues. After its review of DP&L's applicationand records, the Staff of the Commission recommends a revenue increase in therange of $23,230,037 to $28,111,474 or an increase in total distribution revenue of10.58 percent to 12.80 percent over current revenue.The local hearings are scheduled for the purpose of providing an opportunity forinterested members of the public to testify in these proceedings.
